1. Purpose and Scope

This algorithm has been developed by Cemcat exclusively for research, testing, and scientific validation purposes.

The algorithm is an investigational tool and is not intended for clinical use, diagnosis, patient management, or treatment decisions. It must not be used as a substitute for independent professional medical judgment.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

The algorithm is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cemcat, its developers, and associated institutions disclaim liability for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from the use or interpretation of the algorithm's outputs.

Users remain solely responsible for any decisions they make, including clinical decisions.

3. Data Protection and Confidentiality

No personal data or patient-identifiable information may be entered into the algorithm.

The application stores the anonymised assessment, the result, the running version, and the client IP. Users must ensure that any information entered is fully anonymised and cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual.

4. Professional Eligibility

Access is restricted to practising neurologists who are currently professionally authorised to examine patients and prescribe medical treatments.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the algorithm, users acknowledge its investigational nature and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
